Led the global Partner Platform UX team — 20+ designers across three continents — building applications that enable Game Developers and Publishers to manage and operationalize content on PlayStation stores. Led design for PS5 Game Base social experience and PlayStation Now on Console and PC. Promoted from Sr. Designer → Lead → Manager → Sr. Manager.
Led user experience design for Lowe's next-generation responsive eCommerce website, helping to lead the conversion of the entire site to Adobe Web Experience Manager components. Translated customer feedback, user research, and BI data into actionable design decisions.
